Conference for 8k PAX ExCel London, UK

Full overall responsibility for every aspect of this event. 3 stage build out, AV etc. catering for a Gala Dinner (8k people), crew and staff booking and co-ordination. Ultimate responsibility for H&S, First Aid and Senior Exec Security. Comms & marketing co-ordination. Full budget responsibility. 

3 Night Trip for Execs and Senior Sales Team Members (200PAX)

Led a team of 6 Events Co-Ordinators in Sicily for a 4 night trip. Including board meetings, boat trips, factory tour, Gala Dinner for 200, and catering each day. Comms & marketing co-ordination. Full budget responsibility. 

5 Night Incentive Trip to Marrakech (120PAX)

Overall responsibility for the planning and execution of this Incentive Trip, including catering, hot air balloon trips, desert excursions, souk tours. Preperation and organisation of security details for groups and senior exes. Travel and transfers, meeting rooms for 100+ around the estate and private dinner functions each night. arrangements for a 'tent In the desert' dinner Including catering, transport, staffing and security. Comms & marketing co-ordination. Full budget responsibility. 

European Tour (140 cities over 12 months)

Led a team to book, plan and execute this European Tour for a sales business. 150-800PAX per event. Full overall responsibility for the smooth running of multiple cities per day. Team oversight of exec and team travel. Full budget responsibility.
